There are many scientific articles BOTH saying masks are helpful and NOT helpful. The CDC itself has flip-flopped on this issue since the beginning of this so-called "pandemic", with Dr. Fauci contradicting himself at times. Since this issue has been a question for almost a hundred years, there have been dozens and dozens of studies done on this subject on population samples both large and small. The science is clearly NOT settled! An Evidence Based Scientific Analysis of Why Masks are Ineffective, Unnecessary, and Harmful [1] This extremely thorough and well-documented article was written by Dr. Jim Meehan, MD, an ophthalmologist and preventive medicine specialist with over 20 years of experience and advanced training in immunology, inflammation, and infectious disease, and who has personally performed well over 10,000 surgical procedures. Masking Ourselves To Death: A New Essay By Mark Crispin Miller, PHD [2] Mark Crispin Miller, a professor at NYU, casts a light on our current circumstances, and points out the hypocrisy at every turn. Very long and well-written. Language warning for some of the quotations contained in this article. This article is highly-documented, particularly to sources like the New England Journal of Medicine, Journal of the American Medical Association, and Clinical Infectious Diseases magazine. Even Some Liberals Get It In "The Coronavirus and the Right’s Scientific Counterrevolution," an article from the decidedly Leftist, pro-mask website, The New Republic, there is an admission that shifting guidelines about mask-wearing has had nothing to do with research, or evidence, or any other set of facts, but was instead about shifting opinions. “"As for the effectiveness of widespread mask usage in slowing the transmission of respiratory viruses, effectively nothing about this evidence had changed since the start of the pandemic. The evidence remains now what it was then: partial and conditional. It draws from either idealized laboratory conditions, or past outbreaks of other viruses in which randomized controls were not possible. In a rapidly shifting crisis like the present pandemic, it’s exceedingly difficult to establish even general correlations, much less firm causation. [3]” Masks Are Medical Devices It is unlawful and unhealthy to prescribe the same medical device to all people without proper medical consultation. The risks associated with this one-size-fits-all approach have been demonstrated in many instances, very few of which have been publicly disseminated via mainstream media. Even though we are now several months into this whole Coronavirus/COVID-19 experience, it is still difficult to know what the truth is. About the virus itself, the response to the virus, future treatment options. While some things are still up in the air, there are several things we can be certain about, and they are discussed below. I’m not clear what an “active” case is. Does that mean fully symptomatic? Partially symptomatic? If the latter, it surely encompasses influenza/pneumonia, which has magically, as many have observed, dropped off a cliff for 2020.”” We often forget that definitions matter! Everyone keeps talking about "cases," and "spikes," without ever defining what they mean. In this situation, even the subtle nuances have vast consequences! ““Austrian MD Christian Fiala [wrote:] “during the first weeks most tests were done on sick people. Therefore, the percentage of positive tests was relatively high. But there are not so many sick people and with the general roll out of tests, the vast majority of those tested will be healthy. Consequently, the percentage of positive tests will be low, and most will be false positive. In other words, it is impossible to continue the increase of positive test results.”” Catch that? You probably need to read it again. “““You have to have a whopping amount of any organism to cause symptoms. Huge amounts of it,” Dr. David Rasnick, bio-chemist, protease developer, and former founder of an EM lab called Viral Forensics told me. “You don’t start with testing; you start with listening to the lungs. I’m skeptical that a PRC test is ever true. It’s a great scientific research tool.  It’s a horrible tool for clinical medicine.  30% of your infected cells have been killed before you show symptoms. By the time you show symptoms…the dead cells are generating the symptoms.”” "I’m skeptical that a PRC test is ever true." Yes, he actually said that, and yes, that is, as we said earlier,  the primary test being used for coronavirus today! “I asked Dr. Rasnick what advice he has for people who want to be tested for COVID-19.  “Don’t do it, I say, when people ask me,” he replies. “No healthy person should be tested. It means nothing but it can destroy your life, make you absolutely miserable.”” To be clear, the PRC test was not meant to be used for its current task. Its results are extremely unreliable for this purpose. “… “Every time somebody takes a swab, a tissue sample of their DNA, it goes into a government database. It’s to track us,” says David Rasnick. “They’re not just looking for the virus. Please put that in your article.””” We had privately surmised that this might be the case, so we felt it important to include a scientist's comments on the matter. ““Yes, you read that right. Labs can manipulate how many 'cases’ of Covid-19 their country has.”” You'll have to read the article for the technical explanation of how this works, but it is apparently quite simple. “““There was a famous Chinese paper that estimated that if you’re testing asymptomatic people, up to 80% of positives could be false positive. That was kind of shocking, so shocking that PubMed had to withdraw the abstract even though the Chinese paper appears to still be published and available. I actually have a translation with a friend. I translated it into English and it’s a really, standard calculation of what they call positive predictive value. The abstract basically said that in asymptomatic populations, the chance of a positive coronavirus test being a true positive is only about 20%. 80% will be false positive.” “Doesn’t that mean the test means nothing?” I asked. “The Chinese analysis was a mathematical analysis, a standard, the standard analysis that’s been done a million times before. There’s no reason to withdraw the paper for any reason. There’s nothing dramatic about the paper. It’s a really boring analysis. It’s just that they did the standard analysis and said, in some populations, like they estimated 1% of people are actually infected in the population. You could have 80% false positive. Uh, they couldn’t do a real analysis of false positives in terms of determining whether a test is correct or not because that requires a gold standard and the only gold standard is purification of the virus. So, we get back to the fact that the virus is not being purified. If you could purify the virus, then you could take a hundred people who tested positive and you could search for the virus in them. And if you found the virus in 50 out of a hundred and not in the other 50, you could say that the test is only accurate 50% of the time. But we have no way to do that because we haven’t yet purified the virus. And I don’t think we ever will.””” "[W]e haven’t yet purified the virus." According to the article, this means that no one has actually isolated it yet, to pinpoint what it is exactly, and what gives it its own specific identity. Yep. ““Crowe described a case in the literature of a woman who had been in contact with a suspect case of Corona (in Wuhan) they believed was the index case. “She was important to the supposed chain of infection because of this. They tested her 18 times, different parts of the body, like nose, throat—different PCR tests. 18 different tests. And she tested negative every time. And then they—because of her epidemiological connection with the other cases, they said: “We consider her infected. So, they had 18 negative tests and they said she was infected.” “Now why was she important? Well there was only one other person who could have theoretically transmitted the virus if the original patient, outside the family was who they thought it was. But secondly, she had the same exact symptoms as everybody else. Right? So, four people in his family came down with fever and cough and headaches, fatigue and all these kinds of big symptoms. So, if she could get those symptoms without the virus, then you, you’ve got to say, well, why couldn’t everybody else’s symptoms be explained by whatever she had? I mean, maybe they, they ate some bad seafood or something and so they all got sick, but it had nothing to do with the coronavirus.”” So, it goes something like this: "Um, boss? 18 tests and no dice. What do we do?" "Well, without her the whole thing falls apart."  "So…" "She's positive, of course! Lock her up!" ““Another interesting thing is that they did a lot of tests. The first person in the list of people tested, he was positive on three out of 11 tests. So again, they took nose and throat samples and you know, different methods and all this kind of stuff. And they got 11 separate tests and only three were positive. And of course, all you need to be considered infected is one positive test. They could test you 20 times and if you test positive once, then you’re infected. So, a positive test is meaningful. A negative test. It’s like, eh. Not so much.”” What kind of test comes back positive 3 out of 11 times? And what kind of doctor/scientists relies on such sketchy tests?!? Hello, Idaho business owner! I am reaching out to you today because I am disturbed by the recent rash of mask mandates sweeping across the state. This concerns me, and many other Idahoans, for a whole host of reasons, and I have attempted to address some of them in various articles on this website, but there is one that concerns me above all others. As I have attended city council meetings where mandates have been discussed, and watched Idaho mayors call for mandates in their cities, there seems to be an underlying assumption that maskless citizens are doing so out of a selfish disregard for others, and for no other reason than perhaps ignorance. It is disgusting that our representatives would lead out like this in assuming the absolute worst of people, and basically laying the blame for the rise in coronavirus "cases" on them. There is absolutely no proof that the rise in "cases" can be blamed on the maskless (this subject is addressed elsewhere on this website), and I, personally, refuse to assume the worst of my fellow citizens. As I have read the guidelines put out by local health departments, as well as the CDC, I have noticed that these guidelines are always accompanied by multiple exemptions, including "Any person with a diagnosed medical condition, mental health condition, or disability which prevents wearing a face covering". What kind of "medical condition, mental health condition, or disability" could possibly prevent someone from wearing a face covering? Let me get personal for a moment. As these mandates have gotten out of control, people like some of my long-time friends and close family members, have felt compelled to go public with extremely sensitive personal information that I was not previously aware of,  about why they will not be wearing masks. The most common? Forceful rape where the perpetrator held their hand over the victim's mouth. According to 2015 data from the National Sexual Violence Resource Center, more than 21% of women in the United States will be raped at some time in their lives, and 2.6% of men. This represents almost 30 million people. Do you suppose some of them might live here in the state of Idaho? Are they exercising a selfish disregard for others, or just trying to live their lives without a constant reminder of an atrocity where they were violated? Keep in mind that, just as I was unaware that these things had happened to these people close to me, odds are that YOU also know people who have suffered in this same way, unbeknownst to you! Idaho citizens also suffer from PTSD (both from military experience and otherwise), asthma and other breathing problems (another issue that hits very close to home for me and my family, affecting 19.2 million people in the US, according to CDC statistics), debilitating anxiety (affecting 40 million adults in the United States), and others. And guess what? None of these things are any of your business. Though HIPAA guidelines may not legally prevent a business from asking why someone is not wearing a mask… should you? Would you want your wife, daughter, or friend confronted with their horrible past, or have to discuss their medical history with a non-medical layperson, in order to simply buy groceries? Those calling for mandates keep using the word "compassion". I am calling for compassion, as well. Compassion for those among us who suffer health and other problems that they did not ask for. If you would like to show compassion for your neighbors, for your community, let us begin by trusting our neighbors. When you see someone not wearing a mask, instead of outrage, why not feel a sense of compassion for their unseen suffering? With the unfortunate prevalence of just the few issues I outlined above, there is a much higher chance that this is true than that they are simply being selfish or uncaring. In this light, we invite you to copy and display the enclosed poster that declares just that. Will you experience some pushback from others in the community? More than likely. We invite you to educate them on this subject, rather than discriminate against the innocent. There is an unfortunate divide growing among our citizens, driven specifically by this issue. There are many scientific articles BOTH saying masks are helpful and NOT helpful. The CDC itself has flip-flopped on this issue since the beginning of this so-called "pandemic", with Dr. Fauci contradicting himself at times. Since this issue has been a question for almost a hundred years, there have been dozens and dozens of studies done on this subject on population samples both large and small. The science is clearly NOT settled! Even Some Liberals Get It In "The Coronavirus and the Right’s Scientific Counterrevolution," an article from the decidedly Leftist, pro-mask website, The New Republic, there is an admission that shifting guidelines about mask-wearing has had nothing to do with research, or evidence, or any other set of facts, but was instead about shifting opinions. “"As for the effectiveness of widespread mask usage in slowing the transmission of respiratory viruses, effectively nothing about this evidence had changed since the start of the pandemic. The evidence remains now what it was then: partial and conditional. It draws from either idealized laboratory conditions, or past outbreaks of other viruses in which randomized controls were not possible. In a rapidly shifting crisis like the present pandemic, it’s exceedingly difficult to establish even general correlations, much less firm causation. [3]” Masks Are Medical Devices It is unlawful and unhealthy to prescribe the same medical device to all people without proper medical consultation. The risks associated with this one-size-fits-all approach have been demonstrated in many instances, very few of which have been publicly disseminated via mainstream media. Metrics are opinionated reference points. According to Sandi Metz, a well-known author, speaker, and professional software developer, “"Metrics are, obviously, created by people, so one could argue that they merely express one individual’s opinion. That assertion, however, vastly understates their worth. Measures that rise to become metrics are backed by research that has stood the test of time. They’ve been scrutinized by many people over many years. You can think of metrics as crowd-sourced opinions."” The metrics we have heard used for mask mandates seem to be "cases" of coronavirus, and deaths attributed thereto. Since this is apparently a new form of coronavirus, nothing about it has withstood the test of time beyond a few months. Mask-wearing has been a thing for a long time, and it has definitely been researched and  "scrutinized by many people over many years." Unfortunately, there is no "crowd-sourced opinion" that is settled on this issue. This seems to be much more straightforward. But is it? Sandi Metz continues, “"While it’s possible to disagree with the premise of a specific metric, and to insist that the thing it measures isn’t useful, the rules of mathematics require all to concede that the numbers produced by metrics are facts."” In other words, "numbers don't lie." They just are. Unfortunately, as with everything else related to this "pandemic," the numbers we are hearing about COVID-19 "cases" may actually be a lie. At best, they are highly unreliable. Dr. Scott Atlas, of Stanford University, recently tweeted: “"Marked "case" increase is not accompanied by similar increases in deaths. "Cases" is not the most important metric. #Perspective #FactsMatter" [7]” Whatever the numbers actually are, another issue is the interpretation of those numbers. We can read reports on "total cases" and "new cases," but we must take those numbers and do something with them, based on other criteria. The only criteria I am aware of related to coronavirus "cases" are the following claims: 1. They are meaningful because they represent deaths or the threat thereof. 2. They are meaningful because they represent the necessity for hospitalization, and we don't want to overwhelm hospitals (ie, we want to "flatten the curve"). Examining each of these claims reveals a sandy foundation for mask mandates to rest upon: 1. Deaths attributed to COVID-19 in the state of Idaho are currently at 874 since the "pandemic" began, as officially reported at coronavirus.idaho.gov. According to the 2020 census, the Idaho population is 1,826,160 [1]. A little math tells us that this represents less than 0.05% of the population. While every death is sad, this is hardly statistically significant, particularly in relation to seasonal flu deaths, cancer, suicide, and deaths from things like properly prescribed medications taken as prescribed [2]. For reference, that leaves greater than 99.95% of us alive. 2. Currently, the total number of "cases" since the "pandemic" began stands at 94,730, which represents roughly 5% of the population. Obviously, this leaves 95% of the population unaffected. These "cases" have been "diagnosed" over time (not all at once), and very few of them have actually "required" hospitalization. Here are the symptoms, according to the CDC [3]: “Fever or chills, Cough, Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, Fatigue, Muscle or body aches, Headache, New loss of taste or smell, Sore throat, Congestion or runny nose, Nausea or vomiting, and Diarrhea.” The CDC rather unhelpfully includes a disclaimer that the above list "does not include all possible symptoms." Interestingly, the list seems to include every symptom of every other illness or non-illness one could experience, especially during winter, none of them requiring hospitalization. Of the people I've personally known who "tested positive" for COVID-19, the vast majority have had symptoms from this list. Under the heading, "When to seek emergency medical attention", the CDC lists the following as reasons to seek emergency medical care: “Trouble breathing, Persistent pain or pressure in the chest, New confusion, Inability to wake or stay awake, or Bluish lips or face.” Most of these would be good reasons to seek help under any circumstance. Thankfully, they are not experienced by the majority of those "testing positive." The CDC does point out that "Older adults and people who have severe underlying medical conditions like heart or lung disease or diabetes seem to be at higher risk for developing more serious complications from COVID-19 illness." So, of the 5% possibly affected by COVID-19 in Idaho, most of those fall into these two categories. Why are we placing restrictions on the rest of the population, for whom the greatest risk is that they might experience symptoms generally associated with the common cold? Interestingly, many of these "severe symptoms of COVID-19" are also symptoms of anxiety. [4] For instance, the University of Washington's Medical Department has a page called "Do You Have Anxiety or COVID-19?" [5] Many people have noticed this, and some have suggested that the 24/7 reporting on coronavirus may actually be causing this anxiety. [6] So, if most people who "test positive" don't require hospitalization, what is the problem? To begin with, they are scared to death. Because of all the propaganda surrounding this supposed "pandemic," such as the rush to release a vaccine, they have no idea that the actual threat to them is extremely small. Secondly, we live in a hospital-obsessed culture, where people no longer know how to take care of themselves, which is possible for 99% of the things people go see doctors for. Defending Idaho recently published an article called, "You Can Flatten The Curve!" that addressed this societal problem, and proposed that people seek to become self-reliant. On our Facebook page, we have shared information from practitioners of inexpensive natural methods that are currently being used to treat the symptoms listed for COVID-19. As has been demonstrated here, there are currently no metrics concerning COVID-19 that can possibly be relied on to support the current response, up to and including what amounts to house arrest, and intrusion into the simplest actions of people's daily lives. The astute have long been warning that we are heading into a future marred by a "social credit" system. The details are unknown to most Americans, but they are there, nonetheless, and the COVID "pandemic" has intentionally thrust us headlong into this system. How, you ask? Read on. In his August 2021 article, entitled "American Federation of Teachers Sells Out to Rockefellers, Trilateralists, and Big Tech," investigative journalist John Klyczek lays out in great detail how the government-run public education system works hand-in-hand with Big Tech, psychologists, and corporations, to manipulate, track, and data-mine American children. He asks, “Why would the American Federation of Teachers go against “following the science” by lobbying the CDC to backpedal its relaxation of school health and safety protocols? Why would the AFT defy CDC experts by opposing school re-openings in favor of extending COVID restrictions that prop open the floodgates for the ed-tech industry to advance its privatization of public education through “remote” e-learning contracts? Why do this when mainstream medical journals, such as the Lancet, have published data which finds that “[c]hildren and young people remain at low risk of COVID-19 mortality”? What is the point when there is mounting evidence that in-person schoolhouse learning does not result in rising community transmission rates of COVID-19? [1]” From the outside, these questions are puzzling. Shouldn't one of the nation's largest teacher's unions be advocating for a return to schools? As is often the case, those positioning themselves as "advocates" are… not. Klyzcek continues: “To be sure, the AFT states that health and safety priorities are their motivating factors for doubling down on COVID mitigation policies, which effectively necessitate remote online schooling. Nevertheless, a close look at the history of the AFT reveals that it has a long track record of selling out its dues-paying teachers to the global ed-tech industrial complex by cutting side deals with Big Tech companies, such as IBM and Microsoft; corporate philanthropies, including the Rockefeller Foundation and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation; and world governance institutions, like the Trilateral Commission and the United Nations Educational, Scientific, and Cultural Organization (UNESCO). In light of these past dealings with corporatists, globalists, and technocrats, it appears that the AFT may have ulterior motives to stall the full return to in-person learning in order to wedge schools into contracting with the union’s ed-tech cronies, such as IBM and Microsoft, which are driving “Reimagine Education” campaigns along with UNESCO to spur the World Economic Forum’s “Great Reset” for the “Fourth Industrial Revolution.” By pressing the CDC to drag out COVID constraints that relegate education systems to “distance” and “hybrid,” or “blended,” combinations of virtual-online instruction, the AFT has essentially been lobbying to hitch schools to multinational ed-tech cartels which aim to data-mine students’ psychometrics for workforce “competence” in the global “Social Credit” economy of the “surveillance capitalist” Fourth Industrial Revolution.” In other words, this large and powerful organization – in concert with the other major teacher's union, the National Education Association (NEA) [2] – has for decades been setting the stage for globalists to control education through technological means, with the actual end-goal being a sort of "social credit" system. With 2020 behind us, and the fake coronavirus pandemic, we have already seen the power of social manipulation. The forthcoming "vaccine passports" are, in fact, the emerging head of this "social credit" system, a means to control the actions of mankind by mandating compliance – or be removed from society. No vax, no job! [3] No vax, no movies! [4] No vax, no food! [5] No government benefits without the vax! [6] Be a good citizen! [7] Follow your leaders! [8] Follow your rock stars! [9] Follow your movie stars! [10] We'll give you extra privileges! [11] If you don't, we'll make life hard [12], take away your freedoms [13], limit your internet access [14], and/or incarcerate you [15]. This is what a "social credit" system looks like. If you want to do anything, you'd better get in compliance! But is this really a "social credit" system"?  They're not keeping score, like the Chinese, right? Let's take a look. At the 2019 Brazilian Symposium of Games, professors Livia Topper Press and Alessandro Vieira Dos Reis presented "Sesame Credit and the Social Compliance Gamification in China," in which they state the following: “Sesame Credit is the most important gamified Chinese social credit model. It aims at monitoring and regulating the behavior of more than a billion citizens… Basing itself on the distribution of rewards and punishments to individuals, upon scoring based on the compliance of the aforementioned citizens towards laws and government interests. [20]” Drew Donnelly, PhD, had the following to say in his own article on Sesame Credit: “The consequences of a poor social credit score could be serious. It may affect travel prospects, employment, access to finance, and the ability to enter into contracts. On the other hand, a positive credit score could make a range of business transactions for individuals and corporations much easier. [21]” Dr. Donnelly also points out that there is also an "implementation of the system for corporations, known as the ‘corporate social credit rating’," to make the control grid complete. Website The Artifice, in their article, also point out that: “…Alibaba [the government-run Chinese equivalent of Amazon] used the data that they and their partners had collected in order to establish a credit score for these people and small businesses. Alibaba collected information on the spending habits of over 300 million people and over 37 million small businesses to accurately assess the credit scores that people should have. In this vein, Sesame Credit is very similar to any other credit services around the world, however there was one major difference. Sesame Credit doesn’t only take in credit information and spending habits, but also online behavioural patterns, personal characteristics (how long they have lived in a specific residence or their mobile phone information) and their personal relationships. It monitored who small companies were associated with and who people were friends with online through places like Tencent related social websites. With this information the scores of peoples’ Sesame Credit were affected by who they chose to interact with. [22]” The first comment by a reader on that 2016 article started out by saying, "You know, in a way, this Sesame Credit scoring system reminds me of the American educational system I grew up with." And that is our point. This has actually been going in America for many, many decades. Former educator Beverly Eakman used to speak and write about this, providing a lot of factual information to prove that it was/is happening. In July, 2008, she gave a presentation to the 9th Annual Freedom 21 Conference, in Dallas, Texas. [17] She discussed the increasing use of "psychographics" and other data-gathering employed by educational institutions, and pointed to a research paper that used "a list of liberal versus conservative books purchased through Amazon." “The question is troubling because The National Longitudinal Study from the National Center for Education Statistics, which is part of the Department of Education lasted from 1988-2000. The parental information from Amazon, matched against children’s current opinions on school surveys, can be powerful determinants of future political behavior, and technology is now to the point where I [sic] such information can follow kids from pre-school through college, on into the workplace…” She highlights how "testing" in public schools is actually psychological "profiling." But we ask again, to what end? “Today, hundreds of seemingly unrelated pieces of data that reveal political leanings and parental views are fed into a “predictive” computer algorithm… Once computerization became truly practical, marketing agencies started hiring statisticians with concurrent degrees in psychology. Marketing moguls have long known that the best predictor of what consumers might buy tomorrow was whatever they bought yesterday—your “purchase history.” In the late 1970s, political experts realized that the same could be said for what a person believes… All this brings up covert, pre-assigned ID coding, which government agencies swear doesn’t exist. So brace yourselves; this is where it starts getting really ugly, beginning with this website:  • STUDENT UNIQUE INDENTIFIER (NDE Uniq ID) Steps to assigning Student Unique ID’s www.nde.ne.us.nssrs, updated January 2, 2008  Now, I picked a state at random, Nebraska, but it could have been just about any state—which means, this is a national initiative, with the state serving as the “fall guy.” The state education agency (that’s the state arm of the U.S. Dept. of Education) establishes the procedures and pretends to write its “own” training manuals for how to assign a unique identifying number to every student. All such “procedures” are written with a word or phrase changed here and there, or in a different order, and legislators and the press fall for it. In fact, all state procedures are virtually identical. Once the kid’s state- supplied ID number is in the bag, so to speak (in this case the Nebraska Department of Education’s “Uniqu-ID”), the state can transmit to the feds, or anywhere else, for that matter. The interesting thing about this is the Unique Student Number, assigned by the state, and the Social Security number, assigned by the feds, are going to be cross-matched—in ways that will make your jaw drop. ” She was able to access files that were later restricted, on the website she provided, and saved and printed many of them. What she discovered is that they track things like a student's religion (which is supposed to be off-limits), and that student are "micro-targeted" using different versions of assessment forms. “If you get a chance go to the Handbook of the National Center for Education Statistics at www.nces.ed.gov/programs/handbook.com. You will find proof of the predictive algorithms I discussed earlier, the formulas that will forecast your kids’ probable political behaviors based on the responses he or she provides on assessments and surveys… It doesn’t stop there. There is an incredibly detailed level of invasiveness, all automated, or required: every aspect of a child’s teeth and dental work, pre-natal observations of the mother, such as weight gain during pregnancy, gestational age of child at birth, and birth weight.  In other words, Ladies, while you were at the hospital in labor, your government was laboring to circumvent the privacy laws. This tells you how much that HIPAA privacy “agreement” you have to sign every time you walk into a new doctor’s office or pick up a prescription at the pharmacy is worth. Can we say zero? I also found a copyright-protected, restricted-use longitudinal data file. This was evidence of surreptitious data-gathering via an “electronic codebook,” going back to birth and pre-school. The focus was social skills, rated by psychologists using a Social Rating Scale.” A what? Yes, a "Social Rating Scale." A "social credit" system, but a secret one that has been used against us, covertly, all our lives.
