Information We Collect

On signup, we require you to fill out the following fields: Name, Email, and Address.

This information may be used in the following ways:

  1. Name: This will be used when we send you communications internally.
  2. Email: This is required for login, cannot be changed, and will be used to send you external communications.
  3. Address: This will be used to provide shipping if an order is placed, and may, in the future, be used to provide more relevant content based on your location, such as to connect you with your representatives and notify you of laws that will affect your area.

Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect credit card information. Instead, this information is collected by Stripe, our payment processor, on checkout.

We do not store your IP address, or track you in any other way.


Like most websites, we do use cookies, which let our site know if you are logged in, and if you have a current session. Cookies can be disabled through your web browser's setting, but this may hinder or eliminate your ability to log into or otherwise use the site.

Changes to our Privacy Policy

Should there be a need to materially change this document (meaning anything more than minor changes), we will post a notification on our homepage and this change will be reflected in the Last Updated field at the top of this page.

Our Advertising Partners

Members who join Defending Idaho at the Advertising member level have the opportunity to provide us with advertising graphics to be displayed on our website. When displayed, these graphics will contain links to third-party websites, whose content we do not control.

Although we will make every effort to vet this content, we expect our users to report anything objectionable, so that we may review and/or remove it, at our discretion.
